Assistance Registration

Supporting K9 units nationwide since 1998.

Registration Form

The Foundation does not receive, recommend, adopt or place dogs with K9 units. The Foundation does not fund the purchase or installation of equipment.

Please complete and submit all the questions below. This form will register you in our system. Once you submit, you will then be taken to our Grant Application page that will have instructions to complete your application.

Clarifying questions must be submitted via email to service@nationalpolicedogfoundation.org rather than via voice mail questions (do not send your application to this email).
